'RECOMMENDED' Methods Of Application (Easy & Comprehensive)
A. Easy Methods (Quick method for those in a rush)
1. Apply 4 to 5 pumps, once / twice daily on face and neck.
2. Gently press both thumbs under the chin and the rest of the other fingers on your mouth-line (as shown in the pictures).
3. Massage sideways and upwards until the back of the ears into the scalp.
4. Increase pressure as you reach the scalp and hold it for 3 seconds to achieve the effects of uplifting the facial muscle.
5. Repeat 3 to 4 times for step (2 to 4).
B. Comprehensive
To get maximum effect, apply 4 to 5 pumps, once or twice daily to the face using "Our unique Acupoint Facial Massage". Please refer to the link on the left for more details. This massage techniques made use of special technique of Meridian, Lymphatic Drainage Principles.
