Terms & Conditions refers to the terms and conditions, private policy and others terms and conditions that may appear throughout the Site.
Please read these terms of use carefully before using this Site. Your assessing and using of this Site signify that you have acknowledged, read and agreed fully, without limitation or qualification to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Purpose of this Site
The purpose of this Site is to provide you with information about BélleLean, our products and services, promotions and the activities that we engaged. You are also able to purchase our products online from this Site.
Pricing and Availability
We reserved the right to alter or change the price and availability of any products and services with or without any notice. In the event of incorrect information due to typographical or printing error, we reserved the right to reject or cancel any order placed even if the order has been confirmed and/or credit card have been charged. We will refund the full order amount caused by the error back to you.
Order
Your receipt of an electronic (or other form) of order confirmation and/or reference to any product or service on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service. It also does not mean that the product or service is available or in stock. Customers placing an order with us will signify that he/she have acknowledged, read and agreed fully, without limitation or qualification to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to reject or supply less than the quantity customers have ordered of the products and services.
In the event that the stock is not available or in stock, we will make every effort to get the items as soon as possible. If we haven’t been able to ship the items to you within 30days from payment received, an order status email will be sent to you. If for any reason the item is not longer available, we will cancel the items from the order and notify you by email.
We reserve the right to reject, reduce the quantity or cancel any order without any notification to customer(s).
Pre-packaged gift and/or promotional set may not available due to differences in the stock level of various set component. In such event, we reserve the right to substitute any products with items of similar or higher value.
Payments
You are responsible for any payment due to us for all products and services you have ordered. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.
Insurance and Tax
We like to bring awareness to customers of possible risks of loss, theft or even damage during delivery. Customers can choose to cover such risks by purchasing insurance of the items ordered on their own at a nominal rate of about 1% of merchandise value from respective Insurance Company. BélleLean will not be responsible for any claims as a result of the risks mentioned above.
Items ordered are ship via Air, Land or Sea. All the applicable taxes or duties in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customers.
Shipment
Generally, all orders will be shipped within one week to two weeks (depending on the availability of stock) from date of payment received by us. Shipping charges, shippers and handlers are calculated and/or selected based on business decision made in accordance with the management policy not negotiable in any way.
We deliver to almost every destination around the world. The delivery time may vary from one week to one month depending on the destination, quantity of merchandise and mode of shipment undertaken.
We are not able to accept P O Box addresses or any form of ambiguous and/or unofficial addresses.
Returns and Refunds
We value your satisfaction in our products and services. Generally, all products and services sold are not refundable or exchangeable for other merchandise. Any refund or exchange will be given at the sole discretion of the Company Management.
If you receive a damaged or defective item due to manufacturing process, we will promptly send you a replacement of the same item or if the item is no longer available, an item of similar or higher value, or issue a full refund, after you have returned the damaged or defective item to our registered address.
If the customer wishes to complain about the product or services, he/she should do so within 3 days from the date of receiving them. An email should be sent to feedback@bellelean.com to address the issue at hand. BélleLean will not accept any returned merchandise without our explicit agreement and authorization. We will also not be responsible for any loss or theft of returned merchandise during return delivery.
The customer would have deemed to accept the delivery, products and services after this window period.
All refunds may be subjected to deduction of administrative charges imposed upon us by respective financial institutions and/or agents.
Ownership of Materials on the Site
BélleLean, its affiliates and business partners is, unless otherwise stated, the sole rightful owner of all copyright, trademarks, logos, button icons, images, video/audio clips, text, graphics, patent, database and other proprietary rights in the Site and all its content whether separately or collectively as a whole. Without limitation, we own the copyright in the Site as a compilation, and in the selection, co-ordination and arrangement of the information and all of its content in the Site.
Publishing, distribute, extract, re-utilize, or reproduce any part of the Site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) is prohibited unless expressly permitted by us or in accordance with the limited license usage set out in this document.
Utilization of Site computer code, data mining software, “robot”, “bot”, “spider”, “scraper” or other automatic device, or program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or copy any of the web pages, data or content found in the Site is also prohibited.
All brands, products and services used in this Site are the trademarks, trade names or service marks of BélleLean, its affiliates and/or business partners. Users are not permitted to make use of any such trademarks, trade names and/or service marks in any way (including computer code or machine) without expressed permission from us.
We grant you a limited, revocable and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This license does not permit (i) reverse engineering, republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license, download the Site, or any of its content, (ii) non-personal usage, (iii) datamining, use of robots, spiders, crawlers or similar tools. You may create a hyperlink to our Site provided it does not (a) replicate our Site, (b) have content that is deemed as obscene, distasteful, offensive, controversial, illegal, or inappropriate for any ages, (c) make mis-representation of relationship, (d) portray our merchandise in a false, misleading, derogatory, and objectionable or associate us with undesirable products, services or opinion. You can only provide link to our home page and we reserve the right to have your link removed upon our such request at any one time.
Confidentiality of Customers Feedback, Comments and Other Submissions
Unless Otherwise expressly agreed in writing prior to submission to us, any comments, information or other materials submitted and/or sent to us will be deemed as not confidential or secret. Customers warrant that all information submitted to us are original not infringing any copyrights of other parties, and all moral rights have been waived. All such information submitted to us shall remain the property of BélleLean where we shall have unlimited rights to use in whatever fashion we deemed fit.
You also warrant that all your submissions do not contain any software virus, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam.
Identity of Users
By entering information onto the Site, users represent and warrant that (i) you are of legal age to conduct such activities, (ii) you are using your true identity, (iii) you have provided honest, true, accurate, complete and current information. You also undertake that you will keep an updated information with for the purpose of administering order delivery. All information provided to us will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to alter, terminate, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site with regards to all aspects of the Site without any notice to users.
